It then becomes very tedious to specify this password each time you wish to access your password list so there is often a tendency to choose weak password since they are easily entered. Furthermore, constant and repeated use of the master password increases the risk of discovery. 4Uonly overcomes this problem by capitalizing on the knowledge that your identity was authenticated when you logged in to windows. It uses your own unique Windows security fingerprint to encrypt and decrypt your password crypt file. Your password list can only be viewed without providing a master password when you are logged in to the Windows account that was in use when the list was last saved.
