Dabei müssen natürlich allerlei Gegner und Fallen überwunden werden, gegen die sich Marty jedoch mit Superbällen zur Wehr setzen kann. Häufig müssen verschiedenfarbige Schlüssel gesammelt werden, um Wege zu öffnen, und am Ende einer Welt gilt es dann, einen mehr oder weniger furchterregenden Obermotz zu besiegen. Das Programm merkt sich automatisch den Fortschritt des Spiels, und so kann in jeder beliebigen Welt gestartet werden, die bei vorherigen Partien bereits erreicht worden ist.
